Educated to Help You:
I graduated from Shippensburg University in 1995 earning degrees in Finance and Economics. I am educated in Finance and I understand both Real Estate Investing and the mortgage financing process. In addition to my degrees, I am continually looking for ways to educate myself so that I am a better resource to my clients. With the fast pace of technology, I constantly look for more and better ways to provide the best possible service.Recent designations:
ABR - Accredited Buyer's RepresentativeThe Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients.

Experience:
After graduating from Shippensburg University I continued a construction business I started while in college. As an extension of the construction business, I bought and sold investment properties. Eventually, I focused primarily on multi-unit investment properties. I eventually sold my construction business and concentrated full time on buying and selling real estate. I really enjoy buying and selling real estate. My career is definitely more than a job for me. I now focus all my energies and experience for the benefit of my clients. My Goal:
Using my unique and personal real estate experiences, my goal is to give my clients excellent representation in every aspect of real estate. I personally understand buying and selling real estate. I understand the questions and concerns of both buyers and sellers. My interest is getting the best possible outcome for my clients so that they have confidence to not only reuse me in the future, but to refer me to their family and friends.I love what I do and would be excited at the opportunity to help you buy or sell your home.
Sincerely,
Matt Concannon
